Terms and Conditions

While all care is taken, pictures and descriptions may vary from time to time and may not be updated immediately on the website. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and colours etc may very on the items to be delivered. Please remember that colours may appear online differently due to monitor settings.

We are not liable if the website is not up to date or if a server error or pricing error has occurred. If a pricing error has occurred we reserve the right not to honor it. Prices are subject to change without notice and are displayed in Australian dollars inclusive of GST.

Baby Shower menus will be at the discretion of the Party Organiser (i.e. the person in contact with Bubs Place). Bubs Place cannot be held liable for not providing food that is not suitable for all guests. We will cater on advice of the Party Organiser. Further to this we cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries etc if we have organised games for the baby shower party. The use of alcohol or other substances is not part of our package and we reserve the right to leave the Baby Shower at any time if your guests become restless. While all care is taken during demonstrations, we are not responsible for any damage to your or 3rd part property. All care will be taken at all times.

If you wish to engage with Bubs Place to have your nursery set-up, you also agree to waive all claims against damage to your and 3rd party property. While our technicians will use professional care in assembling your products we cannot be held responsible for any property or other damage.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions of this website you agree to be bound by them.  


Delivery Policy

Once an order is received, we will endeavour to have your goods shipped to you at your nominated delivery address within 5 to 15 working days.

Your nominated delivery address must be for delivery to actual premises and cannot be a PO Box or other similar mail/post collection point. We take no responsibility for incorrect delivery if you make a mistake in the delivery address which you give to us.

Goods that are not currently in stock may take a longer time for delivery. This is also dependant on our suppliers and their stock levels at the time you order your products. If we are expecting a delivery time of more than 15 working days, you will be notified by email. Once your goods are shipped, we will email you the tracking details. Third party couriers are used for shipping and neither we nor the courier are able to contact you prior to your goods being delivered.

All goods are required to be signed for upon delivery. Personal delivery is mandatory and, if you are not at your nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with details about how personal delivery can be arranged at a different time. A re-delivery fee may apply and you will be responsible for payment of this fee.

At the time of delivery of your goods, please check all goods for damage prior to signing the courier’s acceptance terms/authority.  If any of the goods are damaged during delivery, please send them back immediately with the driver.  Please do not accept the goods and then contact us. Any insurance applicable to a delivery will be waived, and we will not be liable for any damaged goods, unless you follow this process.  


Customer Service Policy

Bubs Place order as required from the relevant supplier. While we endeavour to ensure the ordered items are immediately available on hand, we do rely on our supplier’s information. Some items may not be available for over 12 weeks. We will contact you as soon as we become aware of this issue.

While all care has been taken in uploading data and images of our range of products, we may from time to time have items accidently incorrect.


Privacy Policy

We are dedicated to keeping your details private.  Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.  We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your persoanl details with anyone.  We use this information to identify your orders and provide you with our monthly newsletters should you wish to participate.

In order for us to fulfil an order via this website, it is necessary for us to collect information from you.  Customer information we ask for includes your name, address for both billing and delivery purposes, contact phone number and email address.

It is our policy not to share any of the information you give us with any 3rd party.  The only time information may be shared is for security and verification purposes which also ensure your safety as a consumer.


Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as no refund is available if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.

If the goods you have purchased are faulty upon receiving, please contact us via email at within 3 business days to arrange a replacement for the faulty item.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours and we will discuss how we can rectify this issue. Prior to shipping your correct items we would require the incorrect items to be sent back to Bubs Place.
